Community First

Everything at hellodesk starts with saying hello to the community! This means that monthly memberships (Engage & Create) come with an all-inclusive community component (#HDCommunityBenefits) that provides our members with a way to connect with other community members online and offline. You also have an option to buy one or more day pass(es) and try working with us before committing to a monthly membership.

A membership for everyone.

All Hellodesk monthly memberships are month-to-month and do not require any long-term contract unless specifically mentioned. First & last month membership fee is due at the time of signup. Last month dues applies to the one month notice period which starts on the next billing date. One you give a notice to end your membership, we stop charging you the new amount and last month dues that are alredy paid applies to upcoming month. If you give a notice within two days of getting billed for the current month, it becomes your last month OR it is considered from next full month. No new charges are make after the notice is given.
