Everything at hellodesk starts with saying hello to the community! This means that monthly memberships (Engage & Create) come with an all-inclusive community component (#HDCommunityBenefits) that provides our members with a way to connect with other community members online and offline. You also have an option to buy one or more day pass(es) and try working with us before committing to a monthly membership.

A membership for everyone.

All Hellodesk monthly memberships are month-to-month and do not require any long-term contract unless specifically mentioned. The first & last month's membership fee is due at the time of signup. Last month's dues apply to the one-month notice period, which starts on the next billing date. Once you give the notice to end your membership, we stop charging you the new amount in the future, and the last month's dues apply to the upcoming month. No further charges are made after the notice is given to cancel your membership.
